Franklin Hall (1907–1993) was a significant figure in the mid-20th-century Healing Revival and in the “Latter Rain” Christian movement.

He placed strong emphasis on fasting and prayer — even establishing a “Fasting and Prayer Daily Revival Center” in his ministry.

Many testimonies from his ministry claim physical healings and deliverance from sickness or bondage, which proponents attribute to the “body-felt salvation” that comes through prayer + fasting + faith in divine healing.

While some of these accounts remain controversial or debated, his influence on modern charismatic/pentecostal movements made the notion of fasting + faith + healing more widespread and accepted among many believers.
